Serious Fraud and Litigation

Our Serious Fraud and Litigation Department deals with large, complex cases, particularly large fraud cases involving business.

We have defended clients involved in Inland Revenue and Customs and Excise investigations as well as cases involved with the Serious Fraud Office, Financial Services Authority and City of London Fraud Squad.  Other cases include Company Director Disqualification cases brought by the Department of Trade and Industry.
